About David De Los Ríos

Mr. De Los Ríos is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico Carolina Campus and a Master of Science Degree in Cybersecurity from Georgia Tech University. He has more than 8 years of public accounting experience serving large, complex clients across a broad range of industries.

He has worked with large companies in Puerto Rico in several capacities, such as:

• SOC1 & SOC2 audits
• Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404
• Internal audit and information security assessments

His industry exposure includes domestic companies under:

• US GAAP basis of accounting
• AICPA Standards
• NYDFS and FFIEC Regulations

Mr. De Los Ríos also served 4 years in the Digital Assurance & Transparency practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers US and Puerto Rico offices, where he was responsible for managing and performing SOX, SOC1, and SOC2 engagements.
